How much will it cost to ship my vehicle(s)?
There are several factors that are considered in determining an auto transport rate- 1) Total mileage from origin to destination. 2) Type and number of vehicles to be transported. 3) Requested transport date. 4) Special transport requests.
Will my vehicle be insured during transit?
Yes, every vehicle we transport is covered by liability insurance, as well as cargo insurance upto $500,000.00. Some exclusions apply, such as damage or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle being shipped. You can also supplement the offered coverage through your auto insurance company.
How should my vehicle be prepared for shipment?
1) ALL personal belongings are to be removed from the interior and truck of any vehicle being shipped as stated by the Department of Transportation, or you may be subject to additional charges and fees. Personal items left in the car may increase the weight of your vehicle and cause unnecessary difficulties in loading and unloading your vehicle which may lead to transit delays. Furthermore, any personal belongings left in the vehicle are not covered against theft or damage.
2) Leave approximately a quarter tank of gas.
3) Keys will need to be provided to the driver upon pickup for shipment.
How do I obtain a quote?
We provide free auto transport quotes through our online request quote form or by telephone during business hours. We provide a cost estimator on our request quote page for you to immediately determine an approximate cost of your car shipping needs as well.
Does the size of my vehicle effect the price?
Yes. The estimated quote feature on our request quote form assumes auto transport for cars, small and mid_sized SUVs, and pick-up trucks. You will need to fill out the quote request form or call us for vehicle transport costs involving larger vehicles, such as an Excursion, Crew Cab Pick-up, etc.
What is the time line for pick up and delivery?
We will need a window of upto three (3) days for pick-up and delivery of your car shipping service of the dates you request. This is due to logistics of several variables, such as the truck, traffic, weather, and rules we must adhere to for the DOT.
Will you provide door-to-door service?
Yes, however the size of the truck and the size of the street for pick-up and delivery of your auto transport may limit how close we are able to travel. If this becomes an issue, we will make arrangements for the truck to pick-up and drop-off your auto transport as close as possible.
How do I pay, and what type of payments do you accept?
We require payment in full at the time of your auto transport reservation. We accept payments online through Paypal. We use this service for the security of our customers, and it provides an array of payment options for customer convenience as well.
Through Paypal we accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check (payments made directly from your banking account), as well as payments transferred from monies credited to your Paypal account.
You do not need a Paypal account or to sign-up with Paypal to use this service. Click on our online order form and follow the instructions to pay for your auto transportation shipment.
If I cancel my order, do I get a refund?
Yes, we will refund 90% of your payment given that your cancellation request is received by phone within 48 hours prior to pick-up, or earlier.
Do I have to be present at the time of pick up and delivery?
Yes, someone must be available at both the origin pick-up and destination drop-off to ensure that all documents are signed and that you receive a copy of the paperwork.
